The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The cabinet:
- The lower aprons might be later replacements
- There is some expected minor surface wear, scratches and nicks, age cracks, infills and patches, consistent with age and use.

The Stand:
- There is a circular patch to one corner.
- There is some restoration to the two aprons.
- There is some general age-related wear, including small dents and age cracks, as can be expected with age and wear.
