We are delighted to present over 160 pieces of exquisite Chinese art ranging from the Tang Dynasty to the Republican Period. The sale is led by a well respected collector, Quek Kiok Lee, from Singapore, who formed his collection between the 1960s and 1980s, among which are a number of fine Transitional wares, marked Yixing purple clay wares and a group of small portable scholar’s objects. Other highlights with enticing estimates include two nicely sculpted potteries and a group of Yongzheng porcelains. Coinciding with the Hong Kong Spring sale in May, the Pavilion Online offers a good chance for established and first-time collectors to acquire works with old provenance.
