The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-A section of the neck is mission and the mouth rim has been slightly buffed.
-There is a hairline to the mouth rim, measuring approx. 10 cm. long.
-There is a kiln imperfection to the exterior, measuring approx. 4 cm. long, which are original to manufacture.
-There are a few very minor shallow chips and nicks to the foot rim, which are original to manufacture
-There is an achromatic number reading ‘S035’ on the base.
-A Sotheby's tag with lot number 337 has been attached.
