The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The turquoise-glazed vase: There is a very shallow chip to the foot rim.
The celadon-glazed censer:
- There is a glaze flaw to the center of the body, which is part of the manufactoring process.
- There is a small area of corossion to the glaze of the mouth rim.
- There are a few minor nicks to the tip of the feet.
The celadon-glazed bowl:
- There are some nicks to the rims.
All with some general age-related surface wear and scratches, as can be expected.
