Details
The vase is incised on the exterior with a spray of pomegranate, finger citron and lychee, forming the motif sanduo, and covered with a rich, crackled, turquoise glaze. A clear dressing is applied to the base. The washer is moulded into the form of a conjoined lotus pod and a lotus-leaf form cup.
