We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The larger horse and rider:
- There are some nicks and chips to edges and surfaces.
- There is a possibly short restored break to the edge of the cavity.

The smaller horse and rider:
- There are breaks to four legs with associated areas of restoration.
- There is a chip to the hat's finial
- There are losses to the attribute behind the rider
- There are some minute chips to edges and extremities.
