The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a U-form crack to the mouth rim with associated repair and stabilization, approx. 4 cm. wide
- There are a few chips to the edge of the base, the largest one has been repaired (approx. 3 cm. wide)
- There is expected minor surface degradation, crazing, small glaze flakes and a few scattered firing flaw
