We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-The finial might be replaced
-The top, neck and base are later glued together
-There is a hairline to one corner of the base, measuring approx. 11.5 cm long, with two associated hairlines
-There are two other hairlines to the underside of the base, the longer measuring approx. 6 cm. long
-There is a restored chip to one corner of the base, measuring approx. 3.5 cm. wide
-There is chip to the underside of the base, measuring approx. 8.5 cm. wide
