The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. Examined out of the frame. The work is float mounted and laid down to a supporting acidic board, from which we would advise removal. On close inspection, there is some minor discolouration to the extreme edges of the sheet in places, predominatly to the upper and lower extreme edges. Under close observation, there is some minor surface dirt. Subject to the above, this work appears to be in very good overall condition.
