The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The right vertical edge of the sheet undulates slightly. There are handling marks in places to the lower right corner and to the left extreme vertical edge, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method and as visible in the lot illustration. Subject to the foregoing it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
