The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Neutral hued image on matte single-weight paper trimmed to edge, tipped to original card, tipped to original textured paper with one deckled edge, partially tipped to original mat board, and with original overmat. Minor retouching marks in the upper left quadrant, in the mother's hair and near her chin, a small (approx. 1 cm.) tear in the upper right corner, adhesive bleeding through the paper at each upper corner from tipping, and extremely minor flaking around image, all visible under close inspection. The secondary mount with minor creases in the lower left corner and along upper edge, and some adhesive residue along the upper edge, none affecting image. Overall in good condition.
