The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Slightly warm hued image on semi-gloss paper trimmed to edge, mounted on original paper, mounted on original card. Very minor scratches, visible in raking light only. Three pinhole sized spots of soiling or possibly artist's retouching in the upper portion of the image, in the sky, visible under close inspection. Otherwise, the print is in excellent condition. The card mount with foxing and soiling throughout, and creases along the right edge with one 1.5 cm. tear at the upper right side, consistent with age and none affecting image.
