The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips detected. Evidence of sympathetic cosmetic restoration to the handle joins and to an old break inside the handle. The spout interior with a fine firing crack. Minor surface dirt, scuff marks and tiny nicks to the engobe in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
