The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. There is some pitting in places and some fine crazing in the red and yellow, from the time of firing. A small inconsistency in the glaze, underneath the mouth, from the time of firing. The underside with three footmarks, from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally excellent condition.
