The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Pitting to the glaze in places from the time of firing. The underside with three footmarks from the time of firing. The footrim with minor surface dirt and scuff marks in places. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that the works appears to be in generally very good condition.
