The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. A spot of surface dirt to the lower right edge. Some crazing to the yellow cheek and short fine scratches in the green cheek and some places elsewhere. Some fritting to the extreme edge of the rim. The reverse with three foot marks and some minor imperfections to the glaze, both from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
