The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Abrasions to the black engobe around the upper rim. A few minor scuffs to the black oxide. Some areas of pitting in the white glaze from the time of creation. The handle is soundly attached. The underneath with four small felt pads attached. Some mild surface dirt. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
