The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips or cracks detected. The rim with scattered small spots of sensitive cosmetic restoration, and one or two tiny nicks to the glaze. A tiny nick to the glaze to the lower centre of the bowl. Minor pitting and crazing to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. The underside with two tiny nicks to the glaze. The footrim with some mild scuff marks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
