The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The reverse upper left of the rim with a chip. A few minor surface chips to the glaze at the reverse right and lower rim, presumably from a former plate stand. Some surface dirt, scuffs and handling marks to the unglazed areas. The underside with three foot marks and associated original losses to the glaze and adhesive remnants from a former label. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
