The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The rim with a few tiny nicks and one tiny unobtrusive chip to the glaze at the centre right. A few fine surface scratches and scuff marks. Some very light pitting to the glaze at the rim, from the time of firing. The underside with three footmarks, from the time of firing. The underside of the rim with one small chip and one small nick. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally excellent condition.
