The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. Some surface dirt, particularly to the outer rim. An imperfection to the left of the leaves, from the time of execution. Some fritting and one tiny chip to the reverse rim. The reverse with a torn adhesive label and two foot marks with very tiny abrasions, consistent with the firing technique and removal of kiln furniture. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
