The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The rim with some light wear, and one tiny chip to the upper right edge. Some crazing to the glaze, and extremely light pitting in places, from the time of firing. On very close inspection, one tiny abrasion to the glaze towards the bottom right of the plate. Some surface dirt. The underside with three footmarks, from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
