The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Crazing to the brown engobe from the time of firing. Minor surface dirt. The underside with remnants of old adhesive. The footrim with one or two small nicks to the glaze. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally excellent condition.
