The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. One small chip and a few tiny nicks to the rim. One inconsistency at the upper left towards the rim, from the time of firing. One or two fine surface scratches. The underside with an old adhesive label and some remnants of old adhesive labels in places. Three footmarks, from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
