The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The rim with one or two nicks, and some light general wear. Some pitting to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. The underside with some light surface dirt. The footrim with three chips, two of which appear to be from the time of firing, and some small abrasions. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
