The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. The rim with some mild scuff marks. Surface dirt in places, predominantly to the centre right, and fading to the orange engobe. The underside with three footmarks from the time of firing, and an old adhesive label. The footrim with one nick to the glaze and some scuff marks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
