The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. One or two nicks to the raised areas and to the rim in places. Pitting and crazing to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. The underside with five footmarks, from the time of firing and four felt supports. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
