The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips or restorations detected. There are two very fine firing cracks to the lower handle join. Light surface scratches in places. Minor pitting to the engobe in places, from the time of firing. Minor surface dirt in places. The footrim with minor scuff marks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
