The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The rim with some light wear and a few tiny nicks. Some minor pitting, from the time of firing. On close inspection, some very light scattered surface scratches in places. The underside with three footmarks, from the time of firing, three small adhesive labels and the remnants of an old adhesive. The footrim with one small chip and some nicks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
