Some minor fritting to the extreme edges and to the horizontal crease on the reverse. The wooden base has a split to the front left quarter, aligned with the natural grain of the wood. There is evidence of a very skillful repair to the join between the figure and ceramic base, very faintly visible under ultra-violet light. The underneath with minor spots of adhesive residue and associated patches of staining. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
