The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No restorations detected. A tiny chip to the rim, centre right and one or two tiny nicks to the rim elsewhere. The lower left inner corner with a fine hairline crack, from the time of firing. A tiny nick to the glaze at the upper right corner of the plate. Minor surface dirt. The underside with three footmarks, from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
