The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Some minor pitting to the glaze, from the time of firing, and two fine surface scratches. The footrim with two small nicks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
