The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. One or two very light surface scratches in places. Minor pitting and crazing to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. One or two inconsistencies in the green areas to the left, from the time of firing. The underside with three footmarks, one with two small associated chips and one with an inconsistency, from the time of firing. The footrim with some minor wear. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
