The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Minor pitting to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. A tiny nick to the centre to one of the raised elements. Remnants of adhesive to the lower centre. The rim and footrim with a few tiny nicks in places. The underside with seven footmarks, from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
