The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. A network of fine crazing to the glaze throughout, consistent with the artist's technique. Scattered spots of pigment throughout, from the time of execution. Light surface dirt, most notably some possible adhesive residue to the outer rim. The reverse with three chips to the footrim. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
