The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Minor pitting to the glaze in places and some crazing, from the time of firing. The underside with three footmarks and one or two small spots of inconsistency in the glaze, from the time of firing. Remnants of an old adhesive. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in a generally excellent condition.
