The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. Fine crazing in the black and maroon glazes, from the time of firing and due to the artist's method. The handle is securely attached. A few small scattered chips to the upper and lower rims. Some light pitting in places and surface dirt, particularly inside the vessel. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
