The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A network of crazing to the glaze throughout, inherent to the medium and consistent to the artist's technique. Light surface dirt throughout, most notably to the reverse, including some light adhesive residue. Light fritting to the rim. The reverse with three footmarks, two with small associated losses to the glaze. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.
