The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A line of scratching to the engobe along the edge of the outer rim at the left and some further scratches and nicks at the edge of the outer rim towards the upper right. One or two fine lines of crazing and spots of pitting in the glaze. One or two pinpoint losses to the glaze at the reverse rim. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
