The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. Tiny nicks to the glaze and surface scratches to the front of the plaque. The reverse with one or two tiny chips to the upper centre and to the lower right. Minor nicks to the rim in places. The suspensory loop with a nick to the glaze and one scuff mark. The underside with evidence of previous adhesive residue. Surface dirt. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
