The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips or restorations detected. Light wear to the rim with a few tiny nicks. Light rubbing to the black engobe with a few associated tiny spots of fritting. Light surface dirt with a few fine scattered scratches or scuffs, particularly towards the rim. Light wear to the footrim. To the underside there are a few fine hairline cracks to the base, from the time of firing, and adhesive residue from an old label.
