No restorations detected. A fine hairline crack visible on the reverse, lower center, from the time of firing. A chip to the lower rim, visible from the reverse, most probably from the time of firing. Two minor abrasions to the glaze at the front of the plaque; one upper center and the other lower center. Light wear to the rim. Minor surface dirt.
