The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips or cracks detected. Two small holes to the front of the handles, from the time of execution. Some minor surface scuffs and tiny accretions in places. A few minor pinpoints of pigment loss, most notably to the black engobe to the body at right. A few pinpoints and small strokes of retouching to scuffs on the handles. Rubbing to the footrim and adhesive residue remnants to the underside.
