The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips or restorations detected. Two hairline surface cracks to the glaze, extending from the rim. Networks of crazing and minor pitting to the glaze, inherent to the medium. The underneath with three footmarks from the time of firing and a small area of unevenness to the footrim from the time of execution. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally excellent condition.
