The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. The rim with one or two tiny nicks and some scuff marks. Minor crazing to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. Light scuff marks to the oxide and minor surface dirt in places. The underside with remnants of two old adhesive labels. The footrim with one or two small nicks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
