The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Some very light surface dirt in the deeper crevices. The underneath with a stable hairline surface crack. A small chip to the footrim. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
