The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. A possible tiny chip to the lower rim. The engobe surface with minor inconsistencies, inherent to the artist's technique. Some soft handling marks and scuffs in places, most notably above the mouth. The underneath with three footmarks from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally good condition.
