The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A small area of discolouration to the white glaze. One or two very light insignificant surface scuffs to the black engobe. The reverse with three footmarks from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work is in generally very good condition.
