The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A few tiny pinpoint losses to the engobe to the goat's mouth, ear and the rim. Some unobtrusive inconsistencies to the white engobe in places. The underneath with a small loss to the glaze, some light wear to the footrim and two footmarks from the time of firing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
