The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A tiny loss to the black engobe to the lower right rim. A couple of fine and unobtrusive scratches between two of the decorative elements towards the upper centre rim. A few light scuff marks towards the rim. Crazing and very light pitting to the glaze with some dirt and dust in the crevices. The underneath with very light wear to the footrim and three footmarks from the time of firing with associated scuffing to the areas. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
